ABILENE – Abilene Christian launches the indoor track season this weekend with representation at two meets.

Four distance runners are heading to the Grand Valley State Holiday Open in Allendale, Mich., and a host of runners and throwers head to Oklahoma for the JD Martin Invitational in Norman.

Riley Pyeatt, Katelyn Coldicott, Cooper Goggans and Levi Chambers are going to the GVSU meet.

At Oklahoma, ACU has 10 entrants in the men's 60 meters: Kenan Reil, Miguel Hall, Tyce Chaney, Sean Cooksey, Ethan Krause, Matthew Mills, Tiras Reed, Ethan Sledge, Jayme Wooley and Jeremy King.

Dillon Soileau is in the men's 400 and Noah Jones runs the 600. JP Trook is entered in the mile run.

Kevin Castruita, Gabe Embree, Mikhail Fortner, Zachary Martin, Garrison Shindler and O'Brien Verdin are slated for the men's 3000 meters.

Reil, Canaan Fairley, Ethan Christian, Soileau and King will run the men's 60-meter hurdles.

ACU has two entrants in the 4x400 relay.

Fairley is entered in the high jump while Christian and Soileau are in the pole vault.

Christian, Rhett Kahlden, William Harris and Soileau are in the long jump.

Throwers Athan Huelskamp and Rylan Smart are entered in the shot put and weight throw.

On the women's side at OU, ACU will be represented in the 60 meters by Hanalee Brooks, Paige Boucher, Brianna Brand, Elie Evans, Savannah McCaleb, Ja'Dasia Sims, Shiean Walters and Hannah Foster. Natalie Poe runs the 200 meters.

Courtney Latham, Jesalynn Reyes and Paiten Trowbridge are in the 600-yard run.

Kyla Fuller, Bella Malo, Autumn Smith and Emma Shackelford are entered in the mile and Hadley Phillips and Bella Evans are in the 3000 meters.

Banks, Boucher and Natalie Poe will run the 60-meter hurdles.

ACU also is in the 4x400 relay.

Poe and Sims are in the high jump with Brand and Poe competing in the long jump.

Kailey Roskop is entered in the weight throw.

Peyton Bornstein and Kate Williams also are entered in distance events.
