2025-2026
Indoors – competed in 2 indoor meets on the season, but did not get to compete at the conference meet indoors due to an injury.
Outdoors – competed in 6 meets outdoors, including a 9 th place finish at the TSU Joe Gillespie Invitational in the 200. At the WAC Championship, he finished 17 th in the 200, but scored at the meet as he ran the 2 nd leg on the 3 rd -place 4x100 relay.
2024-2025
Indoors – Ethan competed in 4 indoor meets on the season, with a mid-season highlight of placing 5 th in the TTU Jarvis Scott Invitational 200. At the WAC Championship, he placed 7 th in the 200 with an indoor personal record time of 21.33 – he first time to score at a conference meet in an individual event. He also ran the 3 rd leg on the 5 th place 4x400 relay.
Outdoors – competed in 4 outdoors meets, with an outstanding start in placing 4 th in the 100 at the ACU Wes Kittley Invitational in a time of 10.29, which would have been a personal best if the wind (5.6 mps) was not above the allowable. After working through an early season injury, Ethan would finish strong at the WAC Championship meet held at UTA, finishing 7 th in the 200 with an outdoor personal best of 21.24 and a 12 th place finish in the 100.
2023-2024
Indoors – Ethan competed in 4 meets, starting his indoor season by placing 5 th at the JD Martin Invitational in Norman, OK, then finishing 16 th in the 60 in the Charlie Thomas Invite in College Station. At the WAC Championship, he placed 17 th in the 60 and 21 st in the 200. Outdoors – competed in 6 outdoor meets, starting his season with a 6 th place finish in the 100 at the ACU Wes Kittley Invitational. Later in the season, Ethan finished 5 th in the 200 at the Joe Gillespie Invitational in Stephenville and 15 th in the 200 at the Corky Crofoot Open in Lubbock. He would cap off his first collegiate season at the WAC Championship in Orem, UT, placing 17 th in the 200 (with a collegiate PR time of 21.40) and 12th in the 100, with a collegiate PR time of 10.65.
Before ACU
Capped off a strong senior season placing 5 th in the 200 and 6 th in the 4x200 relay at the 5A state. He won the District 25 5A 200 as well. His PR time of 21.16 at the state meet in the 200 put him ranked #82 in the U.S. among HS students. During his junior year, he just missed the state meet finishing 4 th in the Reg IV-5A 200.
Personal
Graduated from Leander Glenn HS as a member of the National Honor Society and on the A/B Honor Roll. His parents are Tim Krause and Kerrie Krause. At ACU, Ethan is a Criminal Justice major, with plans to go into Criminology.
I chose ACU because it felt like one big family.
