How to Sign In

1. Visit tickets.acusports.com.
2. Click "Sign in" on the top right corner of your screen.
3. Use the email associated with your ticket purchase.
4. View your tickets from your account dashboard.

How to Add Tickets to Your Wallet

1. Sign in to your ticket account (For instructions on how to sign in to your account, view the "how to sign in" tab on this page).
2. Select the "Tickets" tab to view your tickets.
3. From here, you can see the upcoming events by scrolling up and down.
4. Choose "Add to Wallet" (Apple or Google) on the ticket(s) you want to store.
5. All mobile tickets will have barcodes. Re-entry is only permitted with the original ticket.

How to Transfer Tickets

1. Select the Tickets you wish to transfer.
2. Select "Transfer" on the event you would like to transfer.
3. Select the seat(s) you want to transfer and tap "Proceed."
4. Select the game(s) you want to transfer.
5. Enter the email address of the person to whom you would like to transfer ticket(s).
6. Tap "Submit" to initiate the transfer.
