2023-2024: Cross Country – competed in all 6 of ACU XC meets during the season, finishing in the top-6 finishers for ACU in 5 of those meets. Finished the #6 ACU finisher in both the WAC Championships (69^th), run on ACU’s Zoe Park course and the South Central Region (146^th) meet in Fayetteville, AR.

Before ACU: Autumn had an outstanding career running for the Wink Wildcats. In XC, she qualified for the 2A state meet all 4 years of HS – with a career best finish of 7^th in her junior season. She went to the state T&F meet in two of her HS years. As a sophomore, she placed 3^rd in the 3200 and 6^th in the 1600. During her HS junior year, she went to state in all three distance events – finishing 7^th in both the 800 and 3200 and 9^th in the 1600. During her HS senior campaign, she placed 4^th in the Region I-2A 3200, thus just missing another trip to Austin for the state meet. Autumn is the school record holder for both the 1600 and 3200, as well as being the MVP for T&F/XC. 

Personal: Autumn graduated from Wink HS this past spring of 2023 as the Valedcitorian, while also receiving the Best Citizen Award. In HS, she was active in many community activities – First Priority, Future Farmers of American, Adopt-A-Grandparent, Operation Christmas Guild, and the Angel Tree Project. She is majoring in Accounting. Her parents are Dave and Charity Smith.
