PITTSBURG, Kan. – Abilene Christian posted a few new school top-10 performances Saturday at the Pittsburg State Invitational.
Paige Boucher's previous best time in the 60-meter hurdles didn't have a chance to settle in before she replaced on Saturday with a mark of 8.85 seconds.
A few new marks made it into the 3000-meter section for both genders. Grace White finished the race in 10:16.43. Levi Chambers (8:23.85) and Neal Helgerson (8:38.76) added new marks on the men's side.
"Those top-10 performances are really exciting," said ACU Track and Field Head Coach Jerrod Cook. "Seeing them move up tells us that they are making a lot of progress in those areas and there have already been a lot of those performances after two meets."
Riley Pyeatt finished well in the 800 at 2:17.64.
ACU heads back to Kansas next weekend for the Washburn Open and Multis.
