2010-11 (senior): In 2010 fall season with teammate Julia Mongin won ITA college division regional title in doubles to advance to national tournament in Mobile, Ala., where they finished third. Opens spring season with team dual match record of 80-18 in three previous seasons with Wildcats.
2009-10 (junior): In ITA fall competition in 2009, Walker won regional title in Topeka, Kan., in women’s doubles with Dina Pavlin. The duo finished third in the ITA national tournament in Mobile, Ala. In 2010 spring season, Walker and Mongin won No. 1 doubles in LSC championship to help ACU defeat Northeastern State, 5-1, for third straight league title. At NCAA regional meet in Abilene, the Wildcat duo easily won No. 1 doubles as ACU claimed team title, 5-0, over Incarnate Word. At NCAA national meet in Altamonte Springs, Fla., Walker and Mongin won No. 1 doubles in round of 16 match against Lynn, but Wildcats dropped the match, 5-3. Named all-America in both singles and doubles by ITA. She was 17-6 in singles (5-0 in LSC) and ranked No. 16 in NCAA Division II. She was 13-5 at No. 1 and 4-1 at No. 2 in singles. In doubles, she was 27-7, including 25-7 at No. 1. Walker was 11-3 with Dina Pavlin and 12-3 with Julia Mongin in doubles.
2008-09 (sophomore): Led ACU to LSC title with 5-0 sweep over Tarleton State with two of five points at No. 1 doubles with Dina Pavlin and No. 3 singles. Won No. 1 doubles with Irene Squillaci at NCAA regional final in another 5-0 triumph over Tarleton State in Abilene. At NCAA national tournament in Alamonte Springs, Fla., won points in all three matches – No. 1 doubles with Squillaci and No. 3 singles in round of 16 win, 5-0 over Drury; No. 1 doubles with Squillaci in 5-0 quarterfinal win over Concordia, N.Y.; and No. 1 doubles with Squillaci in 5-2 loss to Lynn in semifinals.
2007-08 (freshman): In 2007 LSC fall tournament, Walker won No. 3 singles and No. 2 doubles. In 2008 spring season, Walker won point at NCAA national round of 16 at No. 4 singles in Houston in 5-4 loss to Francis Marion as Wildcats finished 26-4. Won No. 2 doubles with Pavlin in NCAA regional win, 5-0, over Northeastern State in Abilene. Helped Wildcats return to top in LSC women’s tennis with 5-0 decision over Tarleton State with Walker taking No. 2 doubles with Pavlin.
High school: Four-year letterwinner for head coach Fred Scott at Abilene High School. Was a four-time all-district selection, a four-time district champion, helped lead the Lady Eagles to three district titles, and a mixed doubles state finalist her senior year (teaming up with former Wildcat Karl Bein).
Personal: Her father, John Walker, is the assistant tennis coach at ACU. Born 11 July 1989. 2007 graduate of Abilene High School.
