ABILENE — Abilene Christian University women's tennis fell to McNeese State University 4-0 on Monday at the Judi and Cecil Eager Tennis Pavilion.
Masha Vrsalovic and Maria Cascos secured the Wildcats a win in the No. 1 doubles position but the other two matchups fell short of capturing any points.
In the singles matches, the Cats dropped three in straight sets, leading to a shortened day. Victoria Correa, Elsa Luthar and Jess Board each fell to their opponents in two sets.
Cascos was poised to win the third set in her match, but the match went unfinished. Vrsalovic and Angela Del Campo were each in third sets as well, but were not able to finish their matches, and the day was already decided.
