LAS CRUCES, NM – Maria Cascos and Masha Vrsalovic came up with wins but Abilene Christian dropped a 5-2 decision at New Mexico State on Saturday.

Cascos won at No. 3 singles and Vrsalovic at No. 4 singles – both in straight sets.
Â
Andrea Guerrero and Libby Blair pushed their matches to three sets before falling.
Â
Guerrero and Olivia Sears were leading in their No. 2 doubles match when it was halted because NMSU clinched the doubles point.
Â
The Wildcats get back to action next weekend when they visit Wichita State on Friday and Tulsa on Saturday.
