Tanner Signs Three in ACU's 2026 Recruiting Class

ABILENE - ACU men's basketball head coach Brette Tanner announced the signing of three high school players to the Wildcats' 2026 recruiting class on Friday..

Below are notes about each of the three players who made their commitments official on National Signing Day.


Drew Haffner
6'4" Guard | Westfield High School | Westfield, Indiana

• Led team in scoring during the 2024-25 season with 12.4 points per game while shooting 46% FG and 48% 3PT
• First Team all-conference as a junior, helping Westfield H.S. to an 18-4 record
• Named No. 11 player in Indiana by The Indianapolis Star
• Chose ACU over offers from Southeast Missouri, Kentucky Wesleyan, Purdue Northwest, and others

Stetson Rowley
6'7" Small Forward | PHH Prep National | Mesa, Arizona
WATCH: High School Highlights - October 2025 

• Averaged 11 points, 8 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 1.2 steals, 1.2 blocks as a junior
• Two-time first team all-region selection
• Chose ACU over an offer from UTSA, and interest from Texas, Villanova, Mississippi State, and others
• Sings in the Arizona Millennial Choirs and Orchestras

J'Den Shields
6'4" Guard | South Central Prep | Tulsa, Oklahoma
