ABILENE – Abilene Christian gets back on the road for four games this week, including a stop in Lubbock to play No. 24 Texas Tech on Tuesday.

The Wildcats head into the week at 13-8 overall and 4-2 in the Western Athletic Conference.

WALK IN THE PARK: Abilene Christian has been patient at the plate and leads the WAC with 95 walks this season. Miller Ladusau is the league leader with 15 bases on balls this season.

SACRIFICES MADE: ACU leads the WAC and is fifth in the NCAA with 16 sacrifice flies this season. Gino D'Alessio leads the league and is fifth nationally with four sac flies.

DOUBLE TRIPLES: Reese Borho's two triples this season lead the Western Athletic Conference and is 23rd in the NCAA.

COMING THROUGH: Gino D'Alessio leads the Western Athletic Conference with 22 RBIs. He is ranked 66th nationally.

HITS LEADERS: Gino D'Alessio leads the Wildcats with a .397 batting average, six home runs, 27 RBIs and a .705 slugging percentage.

STARTERS: Brett Lanman, Iain Campa and Austin Glaze have been the weekend starters for ACU, combining for an 8-3 record and 79 strikeouts in 70 innings. Lanman leads the staff with a 2.59 earned run average and 34 strikeouts in 24.1 innings.

CLOSING TIME: Cade McGarrh leads the Cats with two saves. He has a 1.42 ERA and 14 strikeouts in 12.2 innings. Brett Garcia has a 1.98 ERA in his eight appearances.

SCOUTING TEXAS TECH: The Red Raiders are 14-5 this season and have a team batting average of .338. Damian Bravo leads Tech with a .440 batting average and 29 RBIs. Gavin Kash has five home runs. Texas Tech has a 5.73 team earned run average.

SCOUTING SACRAMENTO STATE: Sacramento State is 8-11 overall and 3-3 in the WAC after losing two of three at Utah Tech. The Hornets are hitting .235 as a team, led by JP Smith at .293 with 11 home runs and 22 RBIs. SSU has a 5.77 team ERA. Starting pitcher Tyler Stewart is 1-1 with a 4.68 ERA.
