ACU Sending 21 to North Texas Classic

ABILENE – Abilene Christian sends 21 athletes in 17 events to the North Texas Classic, beginning Thursday.
Thirteen ACU men compete in eight events and eight Wildcat women are in nine events in Denton.
William Harris is in the 100 meters, long jump and triple jump with Caleb Lawrence joining him in the long jump.
Jeremy King, Luke White and Horatio Brooks are in the 110 hurdles with White doubling in the 400 hurdles.
Cooper Goggans, Noah Jones, Keaton Raney, JP Trook and Garrison Shindler are entered in the 800 meters with Jones also competing in the 400 meters.
Trook, Raney, Shindler Gabe Embree and Luke Hernandez are scheduled for the 1500 meters.
For the women, Payton Kirk, Ja'Dasia Sims and Ella Anttila are in the long jump with Anttila also in the triple jump. Kirk also is in the pole vault and 100 hurdles. Sims is listed in the high jump.
Peyton Bornstein, Katelyn Coldicott, Grace White and Bella Evans are entered in the 1500 meters with Evans also in the 800 and Bornstein in the 5000. Jada Rocquemore is set to run in the 400.
