ACU falls to #3 Baylor in NCAA First Round

WACO, Texas – The ACU men's tennis team saw a historic 2022 campaign come to an end on Friday evening, falling 4-0 at the hands of 3rd-ranked Baylor in the First Round of the NCAA Championship. The Wildcats won their first-ever Western Athletic Conference crown just two weeks ago, put five players on the All-Tournament Team, and won six of the final seven matches of the season.

- The Bears picked up the doubles point with wins on the top two courts.
- Victories in the fourth, sixth and third singles flights followed to give Baylor all the points they needed for a clinch, while Courts 1, 2 and 5 were still going.
