"It was great to gain some more offensive confidence today," said head coach Casey Wilson. "Having six different goal scorers was huge going into a tough upcoming weekend."
That weekend includes matchups with SFA in Nacogdoches, Texas on Friday night, and a road date in Huntsville, Texas against Sam Houston next Sunday.
The Goals

The Numbers
- ACU held a ridiculous 34-4 edge in shot attempts, including a 12-3 edge in shots placed on frame.
- The goals scored (6) were the most since Sept. 2019 when ACU scored eight times at Nicholls. It's the most goals scored at home since the team scored six against Northwestern State at Elmer Gray in 2017.
- Lily Foster tallied two saves in net and the defense was extraordinary, keeping the ball out of harms way and letting the offense control the game.
- ACU held the ball for 59% of the game.
- Wodka tallied seven shot attempts, a career-high, while Heidman and Arteaga tallied four apiece.
- Jordan Michie took three attempts, and altogether the Wildcats saw shot attempts from 15 different players.
- 22 different players saw time on the pitch Saturday.
Up Next
- The Wildcats head to SFA on Friday before wrapping up the road weekend at Sam Houston on Sunday. It's ACU's first time away from Abilene since Aug. 29.
