Wildcats continue season-opening road trip at St. Bonaventure

OLEAN, N.Y. – The ACU Wildcats' season-opening road trip continues tonight in western New York when they take on the Bonnies of St. Bonaventure University.

The game between the Wildcats and Bonnies of the Atlantic 10 Conference will get started at 6 p.m. (Abilene time) at the Reilly Center. The game can be heard locally on KTLT 98.1 FM and online at both acusports.com and the 98.1 FM Web site. Fans can watch the game on a free Web stream provided by St. Bonaventure.

The Wildcats will likely deploy a different starting lineup than the one that opened the season as sophomore forward Jacob Lancaster gets the start in place of redshirt freshman Riley Payne. Lancaster had seven points in Saturday's 94-75 season-opening loss at Duquesne.

The rest of the starting lineup – LaDarrien Williams, Harrison Hawkins, Parker Wentz and Austin Cooke – will likely remain the same for third-year ACU head coach Joe Golding (24-31 in two-plus seasons).

After Monday night's game, the Wildcats will head for Maryland where they will take on the Terrapins of the Universty of Maryland at 6 p.m. (Abilene time) Wednesday night. That game will be broadcast on Fox Sports South with Wes Durham and Mike Gminski on the call. The game will be picked up by Fox Sports Southwest Plus in Abilene, Lubbock and San Angelo.
