ABILENE – Moody Coliseum will play host this weekend to the ACU/Whitten Inn Classic, a five-match, round-robin event that will pit the Wildcats' volleyball team against Texas-Permian Basin in addition to Lone Star Conference foes Midwestern State and Cameron.
The first match between ACU (4-11, 1-6 LSC) and Midwestern State begins Friday at 5 p.m. and will be web streamed via SkyboxLive.com. The Mustangs (4-12, 2-6 LSC) will then play the nightcap vs. Texas-Permian Basin (5-10, 2-5 Heartland) at approximately 7 p.m.
Saturday's tripleheader starts at 10 a.m. with the Wildcats vs. Cameron (6-12, 2-6 LSC), followed by the Aggies and Falcons at 12:30 p.m., and Wildcats vs. Falcons at 3 p.m.
