Guided North Lamar to a 79-27 record through her first three years of high school, including a perfect 29-0 mark in district play
Led the Pantherettes to the third round of the postseason each time
Was North Lamar's leading scorer as a junior, averaging 14.2 points, 8.0 rebounds and 3.4 blocks per game

Put up 11.3 points, 4.2 rebounds, 3.6 steals and 3.1 blocks per game as a sophomore

Named her district's Offensive Player of the Year in volleyball in 2025 and earned Most Valuable Hitter honors in 2024
Was a National Honor Society member and was tabbed Academic All-District in 2023-24 and 2024-25
"Alexa is the most talented player I have had the opportunity to coach," North Lamar coach Brittney Tisdell said. "She is second to none in basketball IQ, a great ball handler and shooter. She works hard to be the best player she can be. Her leadership qualities have developed into the highest level we have had here at North Lamar. We are excited to watch her excel at the highest level of basketball."

Personal

"I chose ACU because I loved the atmosphere I felt when I was there and the coaches have been great to me. Most importantly, I want to grow my relationship and faith in the Lord and I know that Abilene Christian University is a perfect opportunity for me to do so."

What head coach Julie Goodenough is saying:

"Alexa is another long wing player that we found to join our team. She's a very good three-point shooter as well as a crafty finisher in the paint. Alexa is tough as nails, that kind of player that'll take charges and dive on the floor after loose balls. She's played multiple positions, which will help a lot in our offense. She has point guard experience as well as shooting guard experience and really good court vision. I think she's going to be a fun player for ACU fans to watch."
