CLEBURNE, Texas - Abilene Christian baseball will meet Texas State and Creighton at La Moderna Field, home of the Cleburne Railroaders, on Feb. 27-March 1, 2026 as part of REV Entertainment's College Baseball Series, the organization announced Wednesday. Tarleton State is also in the tournament field.
The Wildcats will meet the Bobcats for the first time in program history while holding a 3-0 series lead over the Bluejays, having swept them in Abilene in 2017.

ACU returns to La Moderna Field after meeting Oklahoma State in Cleburne last season in what was REV's first game hosted outside of Arlington, Texas.
Since 2021, REV has hosted over 150 college baseball games at Globe Life Field, home of the Texas Rangers. It will also expand its College Baseball Series to Surprise, Ariz. with a tournament at Surprise Stadium in the first week of the 2026 season.
The Wildcats competed in REV's Amegy Bank College Baseball Series presented by Kubota last season, when they defeated Wichita State 11-9 at Globe Life Field. In 2024, ACU met Oklahoma State in Arlington in the Kubota College Baseball Series.
Texas State went 27-31 with a 14-16 mark in Sun Belt Conference play last season. The Bobcats captured wins over the likes of Oklahoma State, Texas A&M, Texas and Baylor. Texas State enters its seventh season under head coach Steven Trout, having last reached the NCAA Tournament in 2022.
Creighton put together one of its top seasons in program history in 2025, going 43-16 overall and 17-4 in the Big East Conference. The Bluejays won the conference tournament and earned a pair of victories in the NCAA Fayetteville Regional versus Kansas and North Dakota State.
ACU is on the heels of a 34-23 campaign that saw it go 15-9 in Western Athletic Conference play and clinch a share of the conference title. The Wildcats also reached the championship game of the conference tournament. All-WAC First Team selection
