LAS VEGAS — Three Wildcats scored in double figures and the team forced 17 turnovers, but Abilene Christian was unable to come away with a win to close out the Vegas 4 tournament. The team showed stretches of solid basketball but were unable to put together a complete game. A tough UC Riverside squad got out to a 14-3 start and didn't look back on their way to a 76-65 win.

Key Plays
- The Highlanders scored the first four points of the game before a Cameron Steele three for the Wildcats first bucket. After that shot, UCR would go on a 10-0 run to set the tone early.
- An offensive rebound from Immanuel Allen led to a Ja'Sean Jackson three that cut the UCR lead to three points with seven and a half minutes to play in the first half.
- The Wildcats closed the first half on a 10-4 run to get within six points at the break.
- ACU opened the second half on a 10-5 run to cut the lead to one point at the first media timeout.
- A Cameron Steele three in the corner got the Wildcats back within single digits with just over seven minutes to play.
- Allen went for a career-high 17 points while also tallying four rebounds, an assist and a block.
- Steele also went for 17 on the night, going 3-6 from deep, and grabbing a season-high seven rebounds.
- The Wildcats forced 17 turnovers and scored 16 points off those turnovers, but the Highlanders scored 17 points off of turnovers on just 14 forced.
- All but three of the Highlanders points come from their starting five, including a game-high 26 points from Flynn Cameron, Tobias Cameron's brother.
- After struggling from the free throw line in the first two contests in Las Vegas, the Wildcats went 14-18 from the charity stripe tonight.
