Lone Star Conference titles (1): indoor heptathlon (2013)

2012-13 (freshman): Upset winner in LSC heptathlon with 4,520 points after NH in vault by teammates Parker Petty and Matthew Stark. At league meet he had 6.99 in 55, 2:50.26 in 1,000, 8.10 in 55 hurdles, 5’7.25” (1.71) in high jump, 11’5.75” (3.50) in vault, 20’4.25” (6.20) in long jump and 38’6.25” (11.47) in shot put. Only other hep was 4,294 at USAF. Individual bests also included 7.37 in 60, 8.04 in 55 hurdles, 8.69 in 60 hurdles, 24.21 in 200 and 54.91 in 400. Outdoors he turned in best decathlon of 6,112 at Texas State, but was non-scoring 9th at league meet with 5,568 points after NH in high jump. Had top running event times of 11.14 in 100, 52.62 in 400, 4:50.95 in 1,500 and 15.37 in 110 hurdles. Had top field event marks of 5’9.25” (1.76) in high jump, 12’1.25” (3.69) in vault, 20’1” (6.12) in long jump, 39’5.75” (12.03) in shot put, 117’8” (35.87) in discus throw and 148’6” (45.26) in javelin throw.

High School: Competed in football, basketball, and track and field. Played quarterback, defensive back in football and point guard in basketball. Had top times of 15.01 in 110 hurdles and 39.01 in 300 hurdles.
