2009 Cross Country: Finished 44th in LSC meet with 26:10 for 6k for team that finished eighth. Ran 26:19 at NCAA regional in Abilene for 125th as team placed 19th.
2009 Track and Field (Sophomore): Did not compete.
2008 Cross Country: Had top times of 21:46 for four miles (ACU), 23:02 for 5k (Texas Tech) and 26:38 for 6k (NCAA regional in San Antonio). Placed 50th in LSC meet and 105th at South Central Region.
2008 Track and Field (Freshman): Limited indoor competition with 2:19.96 in 800 at Norman. Improved outdoors to 2:19.12 for 800 (ACU), 4:57.02 for 1500 (fourth at LSC meet in Abilene) and 13:42.31 in steeple (Baylor). Also fourth in LSC 800 at 2:21.28 to help Wildcats to repeat team title. Had 1,500 win at Texas Tech in 5:07.18.
2007 Cross Country: Wildcats’ fifth runner at LSC meet as freshman with 25:11.72 for 6k for 31st place as team repeated as league champion. Also ran at NCAA regional (25:04.0) and national (25:31.0) meets as freshman, but failed to score as team finished second in region and seventh in nation.
High School: Three-year Class A state qualifier with two 2007 Texas championships. Also competed in Congress Avenue Mile in Austin after senior season. Double winner at state meet as senior with 2:15.79 in 800 and 5:13.92 in 1600. Undefeated in 1,600 as senior. Also double winner at regional (2:16.53 and 5:15.98) and district (2:19.91 and 5:34.40) as senior. In 2006 as junior won 800 at regional in 2:23.07 and placed third in 1,600 (5:41.78) with runner-up performance in 800 at state in 2:21.42. As soph in 2005 was third in 1,600 in Austin in 5:27.70. Her top times include 2:15.79 in 800, 5:11.57 in 1,600 and 12:16.70 in 3,200. Also has 27.33 in 200, 5-1 in high jump and 16-2.25 in long jump as regional qualifier. Placed 14th in 2007 Congress Avenue Mile in 4:57.38. Three-year starter and all-district in basketball and four-time state qualifier in cross country. State top 10 finishes in cross country as soph and sr. Member of National Honor Society and Who’s Who.
Personal: Brother Jody was sprinter at Texas Tech. Born 14 June 1989. 2007 graduate of Ropes High School.

2010 Outlook: Will compete in weight throw indoors and discus and hammer outdoors as senior for Wildcats. Former LSC hammer champ.
2009 Track and Field (Junior): Did not compete outdoors. Indoors was national qualifier in WT with 55-10.25 for ninth for season’s best. Also threw shot 35-11.5i.
2008 Track and Field (Sophomore): Had indoor marks of 54-6 in weight throw (Norman) and 36-6.25 in shot put (Norman). Had win in weight throw in Lincoln at 50-4.5. Won LSC hammer title with toss of 161-1 in Abilene to help Wildcats repeat as team champion. Had top outdoor marks of 37-3.75 in shot (ACU), 136-6 in discus (McMurry) and 163-3 in hammer (ACU). Also won hammer at McMurry in 151-10.
2007 Track and Field (Freshman): In first indoor season, threw 36-4.75 in shot put. For outdoor season, threw 38-2.75 in shot, 136-1 in discus and 127-9 in hammer. Finished seventh in LSC discus in 130-1 and fifth in LSC hammer at 127-9. Won hammer at ACU dual.
High School: Had top marks of 37-5.5 in shot and 115-0 in discus.
