2012-13 (freshman): Indoors had best marks of 41’2.5” (12.56) in shot put and 53’3” (16.23) in weight throw for 3rd at LSC meet for league title team. Outdoors improved to 42’6” (13.26) in shot put, 147’10” (45.06) in discus and 168’9” (51.45) in hammer. Sixth in LSC hammer for third-place team.

High School: Competed in football, track and field, and powerlifting. Two-time all-district at defensive end in football. District champion and regional qualifier in discus throw in track and field with Region II-3A finishes of 135’5” for eighth as junior in 2011 and 155’0” for fifth as senior in 2012. Also had top marks in shot put of 42’4” in 2011 and 40’8.5” in 2012.
