2012-13 (freshman):  Indoors for ACU in first collegiate competition ran 6.70 in 55 at Texas Tech, 7.13 in 60 at UNM and 22.39 in 200 at UNM.  Moved outdoors to run bests of 10.54 (3.2) in 100 and 21.25 (5.3) in 200 at Oliver Jackson Classic at ACU.  Regular on 4x100 that ran best of 40.78 for 4th in Texas Relays college division with 40.90 for runner-up at LSC for third-place team.  NCAA Division II relay qualifier in Pueblo but DQ in prelims.  Named to all-South Central Region team by coaches association.

High School:  Competed in football, track and field, and baseball for WHS Bulldogs.  Transfer to Wylie from Abilene Cooper as junior, but did not compete in track and field until senior season.  Played wide receiver and defensive back in football, state qualifier in Class 3A sprints as senior.  District champ in both sprints (10.29 and 21.41) and 4x100 relay as team won title for coach Eddie Lang.  Region I-3A champ in 100 at 10.93, runner-up at Texas Relays in 10.61.  At state meet in Austin he was third in 100 at 10.80 (1.6) and fifth in 200 at 22.04 (-1.7).
