- Tennessee Sports Writers Association Class 4A All-State as a senior
- Became the third player in Independence HS history to score 1,000+ points, joining Jett Montgomery who currently plays at Southern Miss, and Grayson Murphy who plays in the G-League
- Helped team win its first-ever state championship as a junior, and reach the state tournament during his sophomore and senior seasons
- Set school records for most rebounds (751), assists (516), steals (237) and wins (114) in his career
Recruiting Story
- Head coach Brette Tanner and assistant Cam Henderson saw Lewis play in the AAU circuit and liked his explosiveness
- Lewis verbally comitted to ACU in September 2024 and signed in November 2024
- Lewis considered himself a defense-first player which fits ACU's style
