Enters the 2009 season as one of the Wildcats’ backup punters.  Did not play in 2008. 

2007 (Sophomore):  Finished the season with 46 punts for a 34.9-yard average with a long of 59 yards (vs. Texas A&M-Kingsville on Nov. 3).  Finished with two touchbacks while dropping 11 punts inside the opponent’s 20-yard line. His best game of the season came in the Wildcats’ Nov. 17NCAA Division II first-round playoff game against Mesa State (Colo.).  Kelley punted four times for a 46.8-yard average with a long of 56 yards.  He dropped three punts inside the Mavericks’ 20-yard line as ACU ran away with a 56-12 victory.

High school:  Kelley was a two-time first team all-district punter.  He was also named all-Golden Circle. 

Personal:  His brother, Daniel Kelley, is a former offensive lineman at ACU.  Born 14 Jan 1987.  2005 graduate of Dawson High School.
