High school: Three-year letterwinner for Seguin where he played both quarterback and wide receiver. Will play wide receiver at ACU. Finished the 2008 season with 40 catches for 585 yards and 4 touchdowns and ran for 140 yards and one touchdown on 15 carries. Threw for 400 yards and two touchdowns. He had 200 rushing yards and three touchdowns in 2007. As a senior in 2008 he was a first team all-district receiver and second team all-district punter. Played for head coach Carlos Lynn.
