Coaching Career Highlights
• Montgomery has also worked with two NFL teams. In July 2014 and 2015 he was a Training Camp Volunteer with the Cleveland Browns. From January-February 2012 he worked with the Baltimore Ravens as a post-season volunteer.
• During his time with the Ravens he assisted the running back coach with post-season evaluation and scouting reports of NFL prospects. The running backs coach was his father, Wilbert Montgomery, who is ACU’s all-time leading rusher and the Offensive MVP on the ACU All-Century Team.
• While at Michigan, his role included assisting Passing Game Coordinator Jedd Fisch in running position meetings, rotations and subs in game, and recruiting the Texas and South Florida areas.
• While at Michigan, he helped Jehu Chesson and Amara Darboh both top 50 catches and more than 700 yards. Chesson was named to the All-Big Ten first team by the coaches, and won the Bo Schembechler MVP award.
 
Playing Career
• Played wide receiver at Iowa State University before transferring to ACU.
