Becky Brown is in her fifth season in 2020-21 with ACU Athletics, but her fourth as a full-time employee after serving as an internal operations intern in 2016-17. She was promoted to Assistant Director of Internal Operations in June 2017.

In her role, she manages ACU Athletics operations and events. This includes game day operations for all sports, outside events, and facility rentals. She also works as the Director of Football Operations for the Wildcats and helps to coordinate all travel and day-to-day non-coaching operations. She also serves as the social media manager for the program. 

Before ACU, Brown worked as an intern at Baldwin-Wallace (fall 2015), the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission (spring 2015), the Hurrican Junior Golf Tour (summer 2015), and Cleveland State University (2015-16 season). Among notable events she has worked are Super Bowl 50 (Santa Clara, Calif.), Super Bowl XLI (Houston), the 2015 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament in Cleveland, the Boca Raton Bowl in 2015 and 2016, and the 2016 NCAA Women's Basketball Final Four.

She is a native of Girard, Pa., and graduated from Baldwin Wallace University in 2016 with a bachelor of arts in sports management.
