All Kick-Off Times Announced for 2025 ACU Football Season

ABILENE - Each kick-off time for Abilene Christian's 12 football games for the 2025 season have been released.

The Wildcats will play six night games, including the first five contests of the season. ACU's first two home games -- Sept. 6 vs. Stephen F. Austin, and the United Athletic Conference opener on Sept. 20 vs. Austin Peay -- will both start at 7 p.m. at Anthony Field at Wildcat Stadium.

ACU's final three home games will all feature afternoon kickoffs: Oct. 4 vs. North Alabama at 2 p.m., Nov. 1 vs. Tarleton State at 3 p.m., and Nov. 8 vs. Utah Tech at 2 p.m. 

The matchup with rival Tarleton will serve as the Wildcats' homecoming game. Click here to view the schedule of events for Homecoming 2025 weekend.

ACU will travel outside of the Central Time Zone three times in conference play, including in back-to-back weeks. On Oct. 11, the Wildcats visit West Georgia for a 1 p.m. CT start. The following Saturday -- Oct. 18 -- ACU plays at Southern Utah with a 7:30 p.m. CT kick.

On Nov. 15, the Wildcats head to Richmond, Ky., for the second time in school history to play Eastern Kentucky. That game will kickoff at 2 p.m. CT.
