Mayes, Earle Earn Academic All-District Honors

ACU women's basketball stars Bella Earle and Meredith Mayes were both named Academic All-District by College Sports Communicators on Tuesday.
The honor recognizes student-athletes who are major contributors to their team on the court, and are also successful in the classroom.
CSC announced Earle has advanced for consideration to the Academic All-America Team which will be voted on by collegiate sports information directors across the nation, and released on Wednesday, April 16.
Bella Earle - Guard (Corinth, TX)
Meredith Mayes - Forward (Bixby, OK)

- Communication Disorders major, 3.88 GPA
- Has started 31 games this season
- Team-leading 59.7% field goal percentage, averages 11.3 points, 7.2 rebounds and 1.
- Currently ranks the following in ACU's single-season Div. I record book: blocks (6th), offensive rebounds (2nd)
