Ticket Account Guide

In the past, ACU Athletics has made strides to make tickets easier for our fans to purchase and access. To further modernize and advance the ticketing experience for fans, ACU Athletics is happy to announce a change to our system provider to vivenu Ticketing. vivenu has brought new technological advancements, such as a wholly refreshed ticket website and ticket purchase flow at tickets.acusports.com, streamlined mobile ticket downloads with season ticket passes, easier venue entry, and much more.
Login credentials and payment information were not transferred from the old ticketing system to the new system. New online ticketing accounts were created for all Season and Single-Game Ticket Holders. Account activation instructions were sent via email. Step by step instructions can be found below.

INSTRUCTIONS
Fans who have purchased single game or season tickets in the past 2021-2024
- Navigate to tickets.acusports.com
- Click Sign in on the top right corner of your screen.
- Then Click register for free and use the same email address you used with your old ticketing account. You may use the same password or use a new one here.
- Check your email inbox for an email verification from the acu ticket office to finish logging in.
- Visit tickets.acusports.com to buy and view tickets!
Ticket Transfers
- Select Tickets
- Select “Transfer” on the event you would like to transfer.
- Select the seat(s) you want to transfer and tap “Proceed.”
- Select the game(s) you want to transfer.
- Enter the email address of the person to whom you would like to transfer ticket(s).
- Tap “Submit” to initiate the transfer.*
How to add Tickets to Mobile Wallet
- Sign in to your ticket account (For instructions on how to sign in to your account view the “how to sign in” tab on this page).
- Select the “tickets” tab to view your tickets.
- From here you can see the upcoming events by scrolling up and down.
- Choose “Add to Wallet” (apple or google) on the ticket(s) you want to store.
- All mobile tickets will have barcodes. Re-entry is only permitted with original ticket.
