
Wildcats expand Class of 2021 during February signing day

ABILENE – Abilene Christian head football coach Adam Dorrel Wednesday announced five additional signings to the Wildcats’ Class of 2021, lifting the program’s total number of incoming recruits to 14.
ACU received commitments from nine players last December, including two who are already on campus, Texas State transfers Anthony Smith (RB) and John Brannon (LB).
The Wildcats picked up one additional transfer during the late signing period in Texas offensive lineman Reese Moore, plus top-flight high school products Jackson Andrews (OL), Landon Eades (DT), Isaiah Pedack (DT) and Ethan Taite (OLB). All five will be reporting to Fall 2021 camp in addition to early-period signees Hayden Anderson (QB), Tyrin Bradley (DE), Cirby Coheley (LB), Colt Cooper (TE), Luke Dillingham (S), Kyle Pointer (LB) and Jar’Quae Walton (RB).
