MONTGOMERY, Ala. –The ACU women's tennis squad fell to Auburn University at Montgomery the No. 4 team in NAIA on Friday, 6-3 as they continue their trip through the south against some of the nation's top teams.
The Wildcats fell to 16-7 as they dropped their second match of the road swing while AUM improved to 16-5. ACU finishes their road swing in Georgia on Saturday against No. 8 Columbus State.
After falling behind in doubles competition
Micah Hermsdorf knocked off #16 Morgane Zowczak in No. 3 singles action for the Wildcats second win before retiring.
Emily Conrad had ACU's closest singles match at No. 5 falling, 7-6, 7-5.
