Colin Martinek joined ACU Athletics as its graphic designer in November 2024.

Martinek is the department's main point of contact and creator for graphic needs including social media, in-venue use, print and marketing.

He leads a team of student design interns to create content for all 15 ACU athletic programs.

Martinek created and updated ACU Athletics' branding and style guide for the 2025-26 academic year, and communicated design concepts to coaches and creative services team members in order to streamline and maintain a consistent identity for all Wildcat teams.

Prior to arriving in Abilene, Martinek worked as an athletics graphic design intern at Northern Iowa from 2023-24.

Martinek graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in graphic design from Northern Iowa in 2024, and also earned an associate's degree from South Dakota State in 2022.
