2010: Missed season with preseason knee injury.
2009 (Junior): Second team all-Lone Star Conference back found himself replacing ACU standout Bernard Scott for a second time in his career and did pretty well. Rushed for 955 yards, third in the conference averaging 79 yards per game. Finished with 7 touchdowns on the season (6 rushing, 1 receiving) while catching 17 passes for 112 yards in his first season with the Wildcats. Had two games with multiple touchdowns. scoring 3 in a comeback home win over Eastern New Mexico also rushing for 235 yards for ACU. He scored twice in a home win against Texas A&M-Kingsville, rushing 24 times for 106 yards in a string of three games where he rushed over the century mark. Finished with his second highest total of the season with 21 carries and 116 yards in an NCAA first round playoff win at Midwestern State
Blinn JC (2007-08): Two-time first team all-conference running back for the Buccaneers after taking over the position from Scott after he left for ACU. As a sophomore in 2008, Brown finished in the top five in the nation in rushing yards (1,238) and scored 12 touchdowns. Brown led the Southwest Junior College Football Conference in rushing in 2008 and averaged more than 7.5 yards per carry for the Buccaneers, who won the league championship under head coach Brad Franchione.
High school: As a senior at Humble HS, Brown scored 22 touchdowns and was voted first team all-district and district MVP.
