One of the top special teams players in the Lone Star Conference, Odelusi will be on the field at outside linebacker as a backup in 2009. Odelusi spent the 2007 season as a redshirt.

2008 (Redshirt freshman): Odelusi played in all 12 games on the season, finishing with 31 tackles (14 solo), including one tackle for loss and one-half sack. He also forced one fumble and recovered one fumble. He had a career-high six tackles (one solo) and one-half tackle for loss in ACU’s 51-7 win over Angelo State on Oct. 11.

High school: Two-year letterwinner at Mansfield Timberview HS. As a senior he finished with 118 tackles and two sacks at the linebacker position, earning all-District 4-5A honors. He finished fourth in the 220.5-pound division at the Class 5A state powerlifting meet.
