2011 (Sophomore): Redshirt.

2010 (Freshman): Played in all 11 games as a reserve running back and special teams player. Carried the ball 23 times for 90 yards and caught two passes for four yards. He made special teams tackles. His biggest game came against Elizabeth City State when he carried five times for 31 yards in a UCA win. He also had six carries for 25 yards at Eastern Illinois. He recorded two tackles against Eastern Illinois, Northwestern State and McNeese State.

High School: Two-time all-District 23-4A selection from Lamar Consolidated High School. Threat was selected to the 2009 all-Greater Houston Metro Team and was awarded 23-4A MVP as a senior. He was a 2009 Houston Touchdown Club Offensive Player of the Year finalist. A three-time Class 4A all-Academic Team member, Threat played for the 2007 Class 4A state champions. As a senior he carried the ball 305 times for 1,786 yards and 19 touchdowns.
