Had a solid season as a utility infielder for the Wildcats in 2007. Will return to that role as a senior in 2008. 2007 (Junior):__Appeared in 16 games for the Wildcats with 11 starts. Hit .382 (13 for 34)_with 10 runs scored, one home run and six RBI. Had just one error and a .958 fielding percentage on the season. 2006 (Sophomore): Played in four games (no starts) and had a pair of hits in five at-bats. San Jose City College: Played third base and first base in addition to pitching and catching duties at San Jose CC. High school: As a senior he hit .380 with two home runs and 28 RBI_as he led his team to a 25-10 record and earned first team all-league honors.
