Wildcats Climb to No. 13 in Both Major FCS Polls

The ACU football team has climbed to No. 13 in both the FCS Coaches Poll, and Stats Perform FCS Top 25, which were released on Monday.
The Wildcats (1-1) are coming off a 28-20 victory over Stephen F. Austin, which was ranked No. 25 at the time. ACU has won four of its last five games against Top 25 FCS opponents.
ACU has now been ranked for 15 consecutive polls dating back to week 3 of the 2024 season. The Wildcats' highest ranking in that span was No. 10 on Oct. 7, 2024, which came after the win against then-No. 5 Central Arkansas.
This Saturday, ACU plays its second FBS opponent of the season with a short trip to Ft. Worth to face the TCU Horned Frogs. Kickoff is at 7 p.m. at Amon G. Carter Stadium.
