Goggans Posts Top WAC Time in Arkansas

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Cooper Goggans posted Abilene Christian's seventh-best time as the Wildcats' lone entry at the Arkansas Twilight Meet on Friday.
Goggans finished second in the men's 800 meters in 1:48.20.
He trimmed more than two seconds off of his previous best this season with the best time in the Western Athletic Conference. Pending other results, Goggans is now 20th in the West.
ACU competes in the WAC Outdoor Championships next week in Utah.
