SERIES HISTORY

vs. HOUSTON BAPTIST

ACU leads the all-time series with the Huskies, 5-2, and the 'Cats are coming off a 4-1 win over HBU in the fall of 2019. Despite the lead in the series, both losses have come in Houston, as ACU trailed 2-1 all-time in H-town.

vs. TEXAS A&M-CORPUS CHRISTI

It's a tightly contested all-time series with the Islanders, as ACU leads 3-2-2 in seven tries. AMCC defeated ACU last season, 2-1, and the teams tied in 2018, 0-0. Each team has won two times in Corpus Christi, and even though this year's game was supposed to take place in Abilene, the teams match up down south due to schedule changes and travel schedules.

ACU STORYLINES

  • MILESTONE: Head coach Casey Wilson, in the midst of his 14th season as the leader of the 'Cats, won his 150th game on Sunday against McNeese. Wilson sits at 150-95-22 in his tenure as the only coach in program history.
  • SMITH SETTING RECORDS: Senior Erin Smith is tied for fifth in ACU history with 146 career saves, and is tied for third in wins with 20. Smith has started the third-most games in the programs history with 38 as well.
