ADA, Okla. – A hat trick from junior
Ashley Holton and four first half goals sparked the ACU soccer team to a 4-2 victory over East Central Friday afternoon in Lone Star Conference action. The win get the Wildcats back on track at 6-2, 1-1 in conference while the Tigers fall to 4-3-2, and 0-1-1 in the LSC.
Holton scored her three goals in the first 37 minutes of the game with her first of the day coming in the first 50 seconds of play.
Krysta Grimm,

Lyndsey Womack and Denise Morgan each recorded three goals in a game in the Wildcats first varsity season.
Freshman

Arielle Moncure each worked a half with London picking up the win. London finished with two saves for the Wildcats while Moncure was responsible for the two second half goals from East Central. She did however record four saves in her half of work.
The Wildcats again outshot their opponents 19-12 in the win and more importantly get back on the winning track after going 2-2 in their last four games.
ACU returns to action finishing their Oklahoma road swing on Sunday at 2:30 p.m. when they kickoff at Northeastern State in Tahlequah.
