Jarrett began at ACU in 2023. He currently serves as the Director of Ticketing and Fan Relations, where he plays a key role in driving ticket sales, enhancing fan relations, and managing all aspects of ticket operations for ACU athletics. Jarrett is an integral part of the Senior Athletics Staff, focused on maximizing revenue and building strong relationships with fans, donors, and the broader ACU community.

Under his leadership, ticket sales increased by 20% in 2024, and they led the successful negotiation and integration of a new partnership with vivenu Ticketing.

Jarrett received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from McMurry University. He was a four-year student-athlete and three-time conference champion in the Track and Field program, where he threw the Hammer and Javelin.
