Biography
Before ACU
As a junior, Morgan finished 6 th at the Region 1-6A 200, with a personal best time of 24.57, that placed her as the #80 best time among Texas high school athletes in 2024. As a junior, she ran on the Red Oak HS 4x200 and 4x400 relays that both placed 5 th at the 5A state meet. It was the HS senior year that she enjoyed her best season in HS. She placed 5 th in the Region II-5A 400, after running a PB time of 55.50 at the Area 15/16 5A – a time that put her as the #31 best time in Texas. At the 5A state meet, she ran the opening leg on the winning Red Oak HS 4x100 and 4x200 relays, as Red Oak just missed winning the 5A state title. The Red Oak HS team finished the season with the 12 th best HS time in the U.S. in the 4x200 and the 16 th best time in the 4x100 relay. Morgan finished her HS career at Red Oak as the school record holder in the 400, plus being on the school record relays in the 4x100, 4x200, and 4x400.
Personal
Morgan graduated from Red Oak HS in 2025, where she was a member of the National Honor Society and A/B Honor Roll. Her parents are LaKisha Johnson Logan and Donald Morris. She has 2 brothers – Donald Morris, Jr and Kyan Jones – and 1 sister, Mikaili Morris. Her uncle, Patrick Dade, Jr, played football for Arkansas Tech. At ACU, she is a Kinesiology major.
