Biography
2021-2022: Indoors – at the WAC, she placed 18th in the 400 and scored by running the 400 meter leg on the distance medley relay. Outdoors – placed 10th in the WAC 400 hurdles, just missing the finals, and ran the 3rd leg on the 5th place 4x400 relay. Also, finished 2nd in the Oliver Jackson Twilight in the 400 hurdles with a PR of 1:03.00. Also, placed 6th in the 400 at the Masked Rider Open 400 with a PR of 57.48.
2020-2021: Indoors and outdoors – did not compete.
2019-2020: Indoors – 11th in the SLC championship 800. Outdoors - season cancelled due to pandemic and all T&F athletes can count this season as a redshirt season.
Before ACU: Competing for Round Rock McNeil, Julia finished 7th in the 6A 300 hurdles. At the Region II-6A, Julia placed 3rd in the 300 hurdles and 7th at the 100 hurdles.
Personal: Graduated from Round Rock McNeil in 2019. Parents are Scott and Sheryl Perry.
