2023-2024: Indoors – Ethan competed in 4 meets, starting his indoor season by placing 5 th at the JD
Martin Invitational in Norman, OK, then finishing 16 th in the 60 in the Charlie Thomas Invite in College
Station. At the WAC Championship, he placed 17 th in the 60 and 21 st in the 200. Outdoors – competed in
6 outdoor meets, starting his season with a 6 th place finish in the 100 at the ACU Wes Kittley Invitational.
Later in the season, Ethan finished 5 th in the 200 at the Joe Gillespie Invitational in Stephenville and 15 th
in the 200 at the Corky Crofoot Open in Lubbock. He would cap off his first collegiate season at the WAC
Championship in Orem, UT, placing 17 th in the 200 (with a collegiate PR time of 21.40) and 12th in the
100, with a collegiate PR time of 10.65.
Before ACU: Capped off a strong senior season placing 5 th in the 200 and 6 th in the 4x200 relay at the 5A
state. He won the District 25-5A 200 as well. His PR time of 21.16 at the state meet in the 200 put him
ranked #82 in the U.S. among HS students. During his junior year, he just missed the state meet finishing
4 th in the Reg IV-5A 200.
Personal: Graduated from Leander Glenn HS as a member of the National Honor Society and on the A/B
Honor Roll. His parents are Tim Krause and Kerrie Krause. At ACU, Ethan is a Criminal Justice major, with
plans to go into Criminology.
I chose ACU because it felt like one big family.
