2010 Outlook: Promising distance runner expected to give Wildcats points in 5k and 10k as rookie.

High School: Placed fifth in LSC cross country last fall with 26:04 for 8k before running 35:06 for 10k to place 94th in NCAA regional meet. Team won 19th straight LSC cross country title. HS state champ in NY in cross country in 2007 with all-state and all-Northeast honors. Team captain as jr and sr, ran on runner-up 4x800 team at state meet. Top times include 9:07.01 for two miles, 9:03 for 3,200 meters and 1:55.1 for 800 on relay.
