Biography

High School: One of the top running backs in the Big Country before a shoulder injury cost him a big chunk of his senior season. Early in the season he ran for 357 yards and five touchdowns on 21 carries in Wylie’s win over Burnet. On the track, he went to the Class 4A state track meet in the 100 and 200 meters and as part of the 4x100 meter relay team. He was seventh in both the 100- and 200-meter finals and the relay team finished eighth. Played for head coach Hugh Sandifer.

Personal: Son of Olenda Pena-Perez. 201 graduate of Abilene Wylie High School. Born 10 May 1997.
