Biography

2009 (Junior): Appeared in all 13 games for 9-4 NCAA playoff team as starting offensive guard for the second consecutive season. Earned first team all-Lone Star Conference for the South Division.

2008 (Sophomore):  Tubbs started all 12 games for the 11-1 Wildcats at left guard, earning second team all-Lone Star Conference South Division.  Tubbs was one of the key players in an offensive line that allowed just 8 sacks in 12 games.  ACU’s offense was the best in NCAA Division II football in 2008, finishing in the top 10 in several major categories and leading the nation in points, points per game and total offense. 

2007 (Freshmen):
  Played in nine games as a backup offensive lineman, helping the Wildcats put together one of the top offensive units in NCAA Division II football. 
2006 (Freshman): Redshirt.

High school:  Two-year letterman at Angleton High, which he helped lead to a 7-3 mark in 2005.  Tubbs was a first team all-district defensive end as both a junior and senior. 

Personal:  Born 30 Aug 1988.  2006 graduate of Angleton High School in Angleton, Texas.
