High School: All-district second-team defense his senior year and all-district first-team offense junior year. As a senior, he played in eight games rushing for 838 yards on 117 carries with a long of 65 yards, and 11 touchdowns. He had seven catches for 221 yards and a long of 78 yards and two touchdowns. Recorded 41 tackles (30 solo) and had six sacks. Played baseball and track and field for the Foxes.
