
ACU Promotes Dill to Assistant AD for Academics

Nick Dill has been promoted to ACU's assistant athletic director for academics.
Dill has worked in academic and student-athlete development with ACU Athletics since July 2023. In his new role, he will oversee academic staff and graduate assistants in addition to serving as the main academic coordinator for football, and men's and women's golf.
Dill started at ACU as an academic coordinator for football and was previously promoted to director of football academics.
He graduated from ACU with a master's in sports leadership (4.0 grade point average) in December 2025. Dill earned a bachelor's in mass communications from Northwestern Oklahoma State in 2021 where he played football and was a member of the Chi Alpha Sigma - National Student-Athlete Society. While at NWOSU, he also served as the Great American Conference representative for the NCAA Student Athlete Advisory Committee.
Over the past five academic years, ACU student-athletes have consistently maintained an impressive average semester GPA of 3.2 or higher. The cumulative GPA for the 2025-26 academic year was 3.33 after two consecutive academic years of a record-breaking 3.37, which is the highest recorded during the Division I era.
